| 摘 要： | 采用作业分析法对汽车差速器左壳生产工艺流程进行分析,从设备布置设计方案、缩短物流时间、简化生产工艺流程等方面进行论述,从而实现一人多机,减少作业人员,以达到降低成本,提高生产效率的目的.为我国企业尤其是普遍存在的资源浪费严重、成本居高不下、工艺落后、市场竞争力下降的情况提供有益地借鉴和帮助.

| Abstract: | Analyzed the production processing of automobile differential left shell by activity analysis method , realized one person operating several machine, reduced the workers and cost, and improved the produce efficiency from readjusted the equipments layout, shorten the logistics, optimized the manufacture processing. This text gave the good example and is particularly helpful for that enterprise, whose resources wasted, high cost, technology and market competition fall behind. |
