电沉积多元复合镀层的研究现状

摘    要:综述了近几年来国内外在复合电沉积制备多元复合材料方面的进展。重点探讨了麻复合镀层、自润滑复合镀层、电接触功能的复合镀层、耐蚀复合镀层等的研究现状和发展趋势。结果显示,随着现代科学技术的快速发展,单金属复合镀层 难于满足某些需求,而多元复合镀层由于具有耐磨、耐蚀或耐磨、耐高温氧化等优点,在今后的发展中将得到更广泛的应用。

Abstract:Recent advances of electrodeposited multi element composite are reviewed, including wear resistance, self lubrication, electricity contacting and corrosion resistance composite coatings. Results show, with rapid development of modern science and technology, single metal composite coatings can not meet some requirements while multi element composite coatings with better wear and corrosion resistance or wear and high temperature oxidization resistance will be applied more widely in the future.
