采前喷穗对无核白葡萄贮藏期间落粒的影响

摘    要:本文以石河子地区的无核白葡萄为材料,研究采前喷穗处理对葡萄浆果采后落粒的影响。结果表明:随着贮藏期的延长,采前喷穗处理的浆果离区过氧化物酶(POD)活性不断增加,褐变指数、腐烂率、落粒率都有不同程度的增加,呼吸强度不断降低,商品率降低明显,而对照组的变化更明显。因此,采前喷穗处理可明显减轻无核白葡萄贮藏期间的落粒。

Abstract:Effect of preharvest spray on berry dropping in storage was investigated.The results indicated that with the prolong of storage period,POD activity in abscission zone,brown-index,the rates of decay and berry dropping increased in different degrees;the respiratory intensity and rate of accepted product reduced obviously.So,preharvest spray can reduce the rate of berry dropping in storage.
