摘    要:本文研究了两性聚丙烯酰胺的制备及在造纸工业中的应用,用二甲胺和甲醛对丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸的阴离子共聚体进行曼尼希反应改性制得叔胺型两性聚丙烯酰胺,再用硫酸二甲酯季铵化制得季铵型两性聚丙烯酰胺。在酸性抄纸中,叔胺型两性聚丙烯酰胺用作漂白烧碱蒽醌法麦草浆的助留剂,添加0 .02 % 的水解度为4 % 、阳离子胺化度为21.8 % 、分子量为202 万的叔胺型两性聚丙烯酰胺(LP- 3),填料留着率从51 .9 % 提高到66 .7% 。在中性和碱性抄纸中,季铵型两性聚丙烯酰胺是很好的助留剂。

Abstract:In this paper,the synthesis of amphoteric polyacrylamide (PAM) and its application in paper industry are studied.Anionic PAM (acrylamide/acrylic acid copolymer) reacts with dimethylamine and formaldehyde by the Mannich reaction producing tertiary amine amphoteric PAM.Quaternary ammonium products are formed by reacting with Mannich reaction products with dimethyl sulfate.In acidic papermaking system,tertiary amine amphoteric PAM are used as retention aids in bleached wheat straw pulp.When adding 0.02% tertiary amine amphoteric PAM(LP-3) with 21.8% cationic degree of amination,4% degree of hydrolysis and 2.20 million molecular weight,filler retention can be improved from blank test from 51.9% to 66.7%.In neutral and alkaline papermaking system,the quaternary ammonium amphoteric PAM(JLP) is a good filler retention in bleached wheat straw pulp.
