AC-PDP新型能量恢复电路的研究

摘    要:在表面放电式AC-PDP驱动原理的基础上,介绍了一种新型的PDP能量恢复驱动电路。该电路利用PDP的等效固有电容和外加电感器产生谐振,以防止突然的充放电。与以前的能量恢复方法相比较,该电路能更有效地恢复由于传统的硬开关和置换电流引起的能量损失,并且结构简单,可进行不对称操作,更适合于实际应用。

Abstract:The plasma display panel(PDP)has been widely used for its advantages,and its development is limited for high power consumption. A novel energy-recovery driver was introduced after the introduction of the principles of the driving circuit in surface-discharge-type AC-PDP.This driver utilizes inductors to resonate with the equivalent intrinsic capacitance of the PDP to avoid the abrupt charging/discharging operation.The energy losses due to conventional hardswitching driving and the displacement current of the PDP are effectively recovered.Compared with prior approaches,this driving circuit has a quite simple structure,is suitable for asymmetrical operation and more suitable for practical applications.
