高校贫困生助学体系探索

简析了现有贫困生助学体系存在的问题，提出全面学分制下贫困生助学体系模式。认为需要做好下面7个方面的工作：要统一思想，提高认识，加强领导；加强对特困生的思想教育，提高诚信意识；设立专门的贷款部门，加大贷款力度；完善全面学分制，减轻社会、学校和家庭负担；完善各项规章制度，健全贫困生的助学体系；建立贫困生联合会，实行开放型助学机制；发挥舆论作用，争取社会资助，以求构建完善的助学体系。

Study on the System to Assist the Impoverished Students in Colleges and Universities

This paper analyzes briefly the existing problems in the present system to assist the impoverished students and puts forward the system model of assisting the impoverished students under the full credit system.It holds that seven jobs should be done effectively:uniting ideas,improving understanding and strengthening guidance;strengthening the ideological education of the impoverished students and improving the awareness of credibility;setting up special loan departments to increase loans;perfecting full credit system and lessening the burdens of the society,the school and the families;perfecting various rules and regulations and improving the system to assist the impoverished students;establishing association of the impoverished students and carrying out open student-assisting system;attracting social aid through the effect of the press to establish perfect system to assist the impoverished students.
