| 摘 要： | 广泛应用的氰化物镀黄铜丝,由于产生较多的废水、废气,因而应用受到限制并逐步被淘汰.热扩散法镀黄铜是在硫酸盐等单盐溶液中进行沉积,将两种不同单金属镀层经热扩散而成合金黄铜,实现环保(绿色)电镀.这一工艺可取代传统镀黄铜工艺,用于钢丝、条状钢板等金属材料镀黄铜,质量良好,值得推广.

| Abstract: | Cyanide brass plating will be restricted and replaced gradually due to produce large number of wastewater and waste gas.Brass plating by thermal diffusion technology is a green electroplating production that deposition is in the sulfate solution and then form alloy brass from two different single metal plating by heat diffusion.The technology can substitute the traditional brass technology to apply in brass plating on steel wire and strip steel plate with high quality,which is worth to popularize. |
