| 摘 要： | 详细论述了一种具有极低功耗和高本振抑制的发射机,该发射机是射频收发芯片的重要组成部分,它起到将低频基带信号转化成射频信号,并以一定的功率发射出去的作用,由于其结构简单易于实现,具有较高的可靠性,所以可以大规模量产和使用。该发射机适用于时分同步码分多址接入（TD-SCDMA）系统并集成了电阻阵列衰减器（R2R）,极大的降低了发射机的功耗。同时,该发射机采用了直流（DC）校正模块,可以极大的改善本振抑制并输出高质量的射频信号。

| Abstract: | A TD-SCDMA transmitter with very low power-consumption and local-osullator control is described in detail.The transmitter,in intregration of a R2R resistor attenuator,could decrease the power dissipation dramatically.At the same time,a DC calibration block is used in this transmitter,thus to improve the LO leakage greatly and ensure the high-quality RF signal output. |
