粉煤灰水泥浆体系研究与应用

摘    要:从粉煤灰固有特性出发 ,对大掺量粉煤灰水泥浆体系的应用性能做了较为全面系统的分析 ,室内实验结果表明 ,在 10 0 %质量比粉煤灰掺量下 ,水泥浆体系的技术指标均接近或达到 G级油井水泥国家标准 ,通过合理选用外加剂进行调节和改性 ,粉煤灰水泥浆体系在低温、中温和高温情况下 ,都表现出良好的应用性能。

Abstract:Based on the inherent properties of fly ash, the applied properties of large amount of fly ash mixed cement slurries are systematically analyzed. Laboratory experiments show that when the mass ratio of fly ash mixed is 100%, the technical performance of cement slurry system is average up to G grade oil well cement national standards. By selecting proper additives for adjustment and modification, The fly ash cement slurry system has good applied properties in low temperature, medium temperature and high temperature.
