水性铝塑复合板涂料的研制

摘    要:以水性丙烯酸酯树脂为原料,以六甲氧基三聚氰胺树脂作交联剂,配制了不同的水性铝塑复合板涂料.讨论了水性丙烯酸酯树脂的分子量、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)及交联剂的配比对涂膜力学性能和耐水性能的影响.实验结果表明,水性丙烯酸酯的分子量越大,玻璃化转变温度越低,涂膜的柔韧性越好,但其硬度、耐溶剂性能和耐腐蚀性能越差;交联剂的用量在7%左右时,涂膜的耐腐蚀性能最优.

Development of Water-based Aluminum-plastic Compound Plate Coatings
Abstract:Various water-based aluminum-plastic compound plate coatings have been prepared by using of water-soluble polyacrylic resins and hexamethoxymethylmelamine resin as cross-linker. The effects of average molecular weight, Tg and the ratio of cross-linker on the physical properties of the coatings and the water permeability in organic coatings have been also discussed. The result shows that the larger of the water-soluble polyacrylic resins molecule weight and the lower of its Tg, the better of coating's toughness and the worse of its hardness , solvent resistance and anti-corrosion. When the hexamethoxymethylmelamine resin is 7%, the coating's anti-corrosion is the best.
