摘    要:通过变频器控制潜油电泵电机的转速,使潜油电泵的排量与油井从液相匹配,在油井供液不足时,潜油电泵的转速自动下降,这样达到潜油电泵连续运转,避免频繁启,停对电泵机组,电缆的损害,实现节能和延长电泵井检泵周期的目的,为低能量电泵井的正常生产提供了一条新途径。

Abstract:When rotary speed of electric submersible pump is controlled by frequency-converter,the discharge capacity can match with oil well productivity.That it is,when oil well undersupplies,the rotary speed of electric submersible pump will slow automatically.Thus,electric submersible pump will run in a row,the damage on unit and cable causing by starting-stopping frequently will be avoided,and the goal of energy-saving and prolonging pump detection period are achieved.This technology gives a new way for keeping normal production of low-energy electric submersible pump.
