高效毛细管电泳-紫外检测法分离测定微波复合酶法大豆蛋白水解物中的多肽

摘    要:以高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)无胶筛分方式(MEKC)对微波复合酶法大豆蛋白水解物中的多肽成功地进行了分离和检测,以100mmol/L Tris/HCl(pH8.5) 0.1%SDS 0.1%PEO为缓冲液,运行电压10kv。文章对分离的机理作了探讨,并对实验中出现的现象作了讨论。

Abstract:The article studies the isolation and identification of the protein polypeptides in soybean protein hydrolysate with microwave complex enzymes by non -gel sieving high -performance capillary electrophoresis. The running buffer was composed of 100mmol/L Tris/HCI(pH8.5) 0.1%SDS 0.1%PEO and the running voltage was 10kv. The separation mechanism and some phenomena during the experiment are discussed.
