摘    要:采用复合电沉积的方法制备出Cu-AlN复合涂层.利用SEM观察复合镀层.结果显示,复合镀层表而为胞状结构.XRD测试表明,该合金镀层为Cu和AlN.采用浸泡腐蚀失重和测定极化曲线的方法比较了不同氮化铝添加量对复合镀层耐腐蚀性能的影响,结果表明:当氮化铝添加量为10g/L时,复合镀层的耐蚀性能最好.

Abstract:Cu AlN coposite coating were co-deposited by composite planting method. The SEM observation showed that the coating was cell structure. The XRD analysis indicated that the coating was mainly consisted of Cu and AlN. The corrosion resistence was investgated by acetate immersion and electrode potentialand polarization curves on different addition of AlN. The result showed that the performance of Cu -AlN coating have better corrosion ressistance at the addition of AlN on 10g/L.
