摘    要:为了进一步开展豆制品加工高浓废水的再资源化研究,对黄浆水进行超滤、纳滤和反渗透组合膜处理,并分析各个膜分离单元功能性成分的再分布情况和主要污染物指标的变化。结果显示,超滤单元可以实现糖与蛋白质的分离、不同分子量蛋白质的分离,纳滤单元可截留原液中绝大部分的大豆低聚糖,大豆异黄酮和大豆皂苷的再分离贯穿了所有膜分离单元,纳滤截留液中活性成分多、相对含量高,可进一步分离纯化,反渗透单元出水COD累计去除率达99.6%。

Abstract:For discussing the reuse of the concentrated sewage drained from soybean process,wastewater in the processing of bean curd is separated by combined membranes which are treated by UF,NF and RO orderly.The reassignment of functional constitutes in different unites of combined membranes and the index changes of main polluters has been analyzed.The results showed that the UF can separated the sugar and the protein as well as different proteins by the molecular weight;the NF operation can intercepts the most soybean oligosaccharides in the wastewater;the separation of isoflavone and soybean Saponin was well done in all membrane processing;the NF retaining solution contained higher active biologic constitute which could be further separated and purified;the total removing rate of finally drain's CODCr in RO unit was up to 99.6%.
