金属化球团技术现状

摘    要:概述了金属化球团技术的发展;分析了金属化球团的特点;介绍了金属化球团的还原机理以及工业化生产金属化球团的两大基本方法--气基法和煤基法;最后通过对5种金属化球团具体生产工艺的对比,指出目前最适合我国的金属化球团生产工艺是转底炉工艺和回转窑工艺。

Abstract:The paper summarizes the development of metalized pellets technology,analyzes its characteristics,and introduces its mechanism of reduction and the two basic methods in production,that is,the gas-based method and the coal-based method.And then,five processes for producing the metalized pellets are compared,pointing out that the most suitable process in production of metalized pellets in China is the rotary furnace process and the rotary reduction kiln process.
