摘    要:针对当前集中式车身控制系统的缺点,采用总线式混合网络的车身控制系统,实现多个CAN/LIN节点通过网关互通互联。结合某主机厂对车身控制的实际应用需求,对某车型车身控制系统进行故障自诊断设计,构建了一套安全性较高的车身网络诊断系统,提高了该车型车身控制系统的可靠性和安全性。

Design on Body Control System with Diagnosis Function

Abstract:In view of the faults of current centralized body control system, a hybrid network control system was designed to implement multiple CAN/LIN node through the gateway communication interconnected. Taking the practical application demands of an ODM into account, the system fault self diagnosis was designed. A network body diagnosis system with high safety was con- structed. The reliability and safety of the vehicle body control system were improved.
