塑料填料曝气生物滤池处理河水的应用研究

摘    要:以曝气生物滤池(BAF)处理河水时出水氨氮小于0.5mg/L为目标,通过试验室小试对几种新型塑料填料的挂膜性能、硝化速率等进行了对比研究,选出了最佳填料为4号。通过现场中试对4号填料的挂膜运行情况、气量要求、硝化速率及氨氮冲击负荷等情况进行了研究。结果表明,在试验条件下,4号填料完全能够满足处理要求。同时具有压力损耗低、反冲洗频率低的优点。

Abstract:Biological Aerated Filter (BAF) treatment of river water aims at making effluent ammonia less than 0.5mg/L, the biofilm properties, nitrification rates, etc. vcere comparative stulied on several nvel plastic fillers hy small test in the laboratory, and No. 4 filler was the optimal. The biofilm operation, gas volume requirements, nitrification rate and ammonia-nitrogen shock load, etc. were studied aiming at No. 4 filler by middle test in the site. The results showed that No. 4 filler can completely meet the treatment requirements under the test condition, meanwhile, it has advantages of low pressure loss and low backwashing frequency advantages.
