板料数字化渐进成形技术初探

摘    要:金属板料数字化渐进成形技术是目前国际上刚刚兴起的一种柔性制造技术。把CAD㈨技术、数控技术和金属塑性成形技术结合起来,设计一种专用数控设备。通过该数控设备进行了铝材的渐进成形,成功地成形了一些异形制件。实验表明,采用数字化渐进成形技术还可以提高材料的成形极限。

Abstract:Digital incremental forming is a new technology for flexible process that has sprung up in the world used in metal sheet manufacturing. A special numerical equipment has been designed based on the integration of CAD/CAM, CNC, and the technology of metal plastic forming. By means of this equipment, some material with abnormal section have been formed. The experiment gives proof that this process may promote, plastic forming limit much.
