| 摘 要： | 目的介绍细胞色素P450的研究进展及其在毒理学和药物评价方面的应用。方法查阅国内外相关文献,进行综合、分析和归纳。结果目前国内外对细胞色素P450进行了多方面的研究,利用该酶系从分子水平研究药物及其代谢产物的药理、毒理,探寻目标物。结论细胞色素P450在药物筛选、药物毒性监测方面具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce the research status of cytochrome P450 and its new applications in the study of toxicity and new drug evaluation. Methods The related articles publinshed recently were consulted and summarized. Results Referring to many researches on the cytochrome P450 , P450 has been widely used in pharmacology, toxicity and new drug targets-seeking on molecular level. Conclusion Cytochrome P450 has great potential applications in drug-screening, drug-evaluationg and toxicity-monitoring. |
