开发采用新一代炼焦工艺

摘    要:指出了当前常规炼焦工艺遇到了焦炉老化,优质炼变煤匮乏及难以满足日趋严格的环保要求等三个问题。从解决这此问题的角度,着重介绍了三种有发展前途的炼变新工艺-巨型焦化反应器,型焦和直立炉连续层状炼焦。提出:基于我国煤炭资源特点及焦化工业和焦炭质量的现状,开发采用炼焦新工艺的必要更为突出;热压焦在我国有长期的试验实践基础,可作为我国下一代低灰冶金焦生产技术的首选工艺;同时应着手探讨采用直立炉连续层状炼焦式

Abstract:The conventional coking process is recently faced with following problems mainly: coke oven is getting ageing, good coking coal is in shortage and the stricter environment requirements are difficult to meet. In order to solve these problems, three new coking processes which have bright future are introduced,i, e, Jumto Coking Reactor,Formed Coke and Layer Coking Process in Continuous Vertical Retort. According to the charaCteristics of coal resources, the present situation of coking industry and coke quality in our country, it is more necessary to develop and adopt the new coking process. Formed coke process has been tested for a long time in China, so it could be selected firstly as the next-generation process for low-ash-content metallurgical coke production. In the meantime, the feasibility of adopting layer coking process in continuous vertical retort should be explored.
