摘    要:就在设计卧式球墨铸管退火炉时,如何按加热,保温,快冷与缓冷四个温度控制区实现铸管热处理贡线,在炉子结构,加热与冷却方式上应遵循的设计原理,以及炉子电气和热工控制的设计问题作了介绍。

Abstract:This Paper introduces how to accomplish the design principles which should be followed by the heat treatment curves of duCtile iron pipe at such four temperature zones as heating, insulating,quick-cooling and slow-cooling zones and furnace structure,heating and cooling methods,and electricity and thermal control in the design of ductile iron pipe annealing furnace.
