型煤入发生炉掺烧造气试验

摘    要:利用焦油渣作粘结剂丛产型煤用于锅炉已有6年的历史,节能,环保效果明显,在齐钢年产2万t型煤厂生产工艺过程中加入SP添加剂,生产的100t型煤,其热态性质得到改善,这种型煤以25%~30%的比例加入AД-13煤气发生炉进行了周掺烧试验,文中叙述了型煤制备,掺烧试验的结果及分析,提出了改进的意见。这一技术的实施是利用煤气发生站大量筛下粉煤的一个途径。

Abstract:The coal briquette with coal tar deposit as binder has been manufactured and used in boiler for six years.The effects of energy saving and environmental protection are considerable.In Coal Briquette Plant(output20,000t/a) of QISC, 100t coal briquette with SP additives was made and the high temperature characteristics of the coal briquette was improved.The coal briquette in the proportion Of 25-30% to the charged coal has been applied to the gas generator type A -13 for a week.The preparation.of coal briquette and the results and analysis of the experiment are recounted,and suggest nons for improvement is made in this paper.The implepsentation of this technology is a way of making use of the large amount of undersign coal dust in gas workshop.
