连续热镀锌退火炉的数学模型开发

摘    要:针对大型冷轧带钢连续热镀锌退火过程模型化及控制这一实际工业难题,以及目前国内最先进的定钢热镀锌退火生产线中存在的大量实际问题,开发了适宜于实时控制的两类新颖的数学模型:带温分布模型和带温跟踪模型,研究了模型的实际、稳定性和辨识等问题,仿真和工业应用效果良好。

Abstract:o counter a large number of practical problems in annealing production line of hot galvanizing in BISC, as well as the industrial difficult problems of modeling and controlling the annealing process of continuous hot galvanizing for heavy cold rolled steel strip, two kinds of novel mathematical models suitable for real-time control namely strip temperature distribution model and strip temperature tracing model,are developed in this paper.The implementation, stability and identification of the model are also studied. Good results are illustrated by simulation and industrial application.
