摘    要:分析了在以辐射传热为主的高温火焰炉中高辐射率炉衬的节能机理及其对炉子燃料消耗量、炉体散热量两个方面的影响,并通过建立一连续加热炉数学模型对分析结果进行了验证。

Abstract:This paper analyses energy-saving mechanism of high-radianed liner and its influence on both fuel consumption and heat dissipation of furnace body in a high-tempeatured name furnace which take radiation as the dominant heat transfer factor. The analyais result is verified by establishing a continuous reheating furnace mathematical model.
