污泥热干化工艺设计重点问题探讨

摘    要:污泥经过热干化技术处理后,可以实现减量化、稳定化和无害化,为后续的土地利用、建材利用和焚烧等处理处置创造良好条件,因而热干化技术具有广泛的实用价值.结合在实际工作中的体会,对污泥量、污泥泥质、蒸发量、厂址选择等设计中需要重点考虑的因素进行了分析和阐述.

Abstract:After thermal drying treatment,the sludge can be decreased in quantity,stabilized and turned harmless,which can create a good condition for further land utilization,construction material and incineration,etc.As a result,thermal drying technology has great value in its wide application.Based on the experiences in practical works,this paper analyzed and discussed the key points worthy attention in the design,which include sludge quantity,sludge quality,evaporation capacity,and treatment plant location selection.
