LTCC平面螺旋电感参数提取方法分析

摘    要:电感元件在微波多芯片组件(MCM)设计中具有重要地位,其基于参数提取的宏模型是系统仿真的关键。介绍了修正π平面螺旋电感高频等效电路模型及模型参数提取的方法,通过实测数据分析了在不同线宽、不同间距、不同圈数情况下的电感有效值及Q值。研究结果对低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)平面螺旋电感的应用具有指导意义。

Abstract:The inductor is an important element in microwave MCM design, and the macro-model foundation based on parameter extraction is a crucial step for system simulation. In this paper, the modified Ir equivalent circuit of plane spiral inductor is given and a method of parameters extraction of this mode is established. The effective value and quality factor Q of inductor are analyzed with the aid of measured date under different conditiom such as different line width, space and loop number. This research resuit is helpful to application of Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic (LTCC) plane spiral inductor.
