串口设备以太网控制接口设计分析

摘    要:在新的监控系统设计中,要求系统中的设备能够提供网口监控功能。提出了一种在不改变原有设备软硬件设计的前提下,通过嵌入式串口联网服务器(IPORT-1)将串口监控设备转换为网口监控设备的设计方案,介绍了串口以太网接口板的硬件设计和软件处理流程。针对IPORT-1的主要功能和配置方式,对IPORT-1接口板的设计需求及关键电路设计进行了分析,并给出了IPORT-1接口板的调试过程。通过设备在以太网监控系统中的应用,验证了该设计方案是一种方便易行的串口监控升级为网口监控解决方案。

Abstract:In the design on a new monitoring & control system, the equipment is required to be able to provide Ethemet interface which is becoming mature with the development of Internet. This paper introduces the design and realization of Ethemet interface equipment from serial manager and control interface, this way does not need to change the hardware and software of the original design by IPOR.T module. Based on design requirements and hardware design of IPOTR interface board, this paper introduces the work principle and debugging means. The applications of Ethernet interface system shows that this design is feasible for upgrading serial interface equipment to Ethemet interface equipment.
