摘    要:河北西柏坡发电厂300 MW火电机组锅炉回转式空气预热器存在漏风和堵灰缺陷。其原因是转子的热变形、密封片两侧压差较大、风压较高造成转子两端漏风。分析原因后,进行了空气预热器双密封结构的改造和密封间隙的调整,以及采用燃气脉冲吹灰技术,降低了空气预热器漏风量以及空气预热器积灰和低温腐蚀。

Abstract:The air leakage and ash blocking occurred to the rotary air preheaters of 300 MW boilers in Hebei Xibaipo Power Plant,whose causes are due to hot deformation of the rotors,great pressure difference at both sides of the seal packings and high air pressure.Based on analysis of air leakage and ash blocking in the rotary air preheaters,the double-seal structure is used for retrofitting of the air preheater,the seal gas is adjusted and gas pulse ash blowing technology is used.These measures have solved well the problems including air leakage,ash accumulation and low temperature serious corrosion,etc.
