| Abstract: | The law effectiveness of building engineering contract audit was discussed.The priority explanation sequence of contract file was proposed and the applicability of price adjustment items was discussed.The design alterations of price adjustment items were analyzed and the valuation program and methods were generalized,so as to enhance the people's understanding on the building contract audit. |
