| 摘 要： | 结合安钢目前炼钢用合金采购、进厂质检和合金优化的现状,分析了合金采购、质检以及合金使用中存在的问题,制定了相关优化方案.通过控制合金的合理库存量,完善合金进厂质检管理,缩短质检周期,提高了进厂合金的质量;建立了合理的合金工艺操作制度,优化了最佳的合金结构,有效地降低了安钢合金吨钢成本.并对安钢炼钢用合金优化方案的改进方向进行了探讨.
