摘    要:以点焊箱型截面薄壁构件的翘曲扭转理论[1,2]为依据,分析和研究了点焊双帽箱型截面薄壁构件在焊点间隔发生变化时的翘曲扭转变形,引入“过渡区域”的概念,提出解析其扭转刚度和应力分布的计算方法,进行数值仿真。通过理论值、数值解以及实验值之间的比较,验证了该计算方法的合理性和计算结果的精度,得知完全满足工程实际的精度要求。此研究为解决实际车体结构的设计问题,具有有益的参考价值。

Abstract:This paper studies the local warping deformation of twisted spot-welded thin-walled box-section beam under the changs of spot-welds pitch on the basis of the theory of warping torsion on spot-welded double-hat box section beam~().Then a new method to calculate the warping torsion rigidity and distribution of stress by using transition region is presented and numerically simulated.By comparing theoretical value,numerical value and experimental value,the validity and accuracy of the method are tested,which satisfy the need of engineering.The study is of veference value for the design of automotive body′s structures.
