| 摘 要： | 植物甾醇是一种天然生物活性物质,具有重要的应用价值.植物甾醇主要存在于植物油不皂化物中.随着科学技术发展,形成了各种各样的植物甾醇提取方法,概述了植物甾醇的结构、植物甾醇来源与植物甾醇提取方法.
