| Abstract: | A new method of the microscopic imaging, which called microscopic imaging by scanning, is discussed in is so this paper. We provide the principle of the new method and characteristics of the multi-spectrul images in microscopic imaging. Also the method for image acquiring and reconstructing is presented in this paper. In the later part of the paper, we discuss the programming of the system software. |
