摘    要:研究了MC100加工助剂对聚氯乙烯加工流变行为、力学性能和耐化学品性能的影响。研究结果表明,在聚氯乙烯中加入少量MC100加工助剂可明显提高聚氯乙烯的加工流变行为,促进聚氯乙烯的塑化,降低其粘度,提高了聚氯乙烯的力学强度,工业应用结果表明,MC100加工助剂完全能替代ACR加工助剂用于聚氯乙烯化学建材(管材、管件、型材)加工中,提高聚氯乙烯化学建材的力学性能。

Abstract:Influences of processing aid MC100 on the processing rheological property,mechanical property and chemicals resistance of PVC were studied.It was found that blending PVC with small amount of MC100 could improve its processing rheological property distinctly,promote its plasticization,reduce its viscosity and improves its mechanical strength.The results of industrial application test showed that MC100 could completely replace ACR processing aid to improve the mechanical properties in the processing of PVC chemical building materials (such as tubing,pipe fittings and sections).
