摘    要:为满足转基因食品标记的需要,必须检测鉴定食品中外源基因或其基因产物的有无。对转基因食品检测的方法进行了综述。

Abstract:Labeling of Genetically modified foods(GMF)has become one of key issues dominating public concern.It has been necessary to confirm the existence of transgenic ingredient in food.This article introduced some methods of detecting genetically modified foods.
