| 摘 要： | 介绍双放电预电离结构双脉冲 TEA CO_2激光器中弧光放电对激光器输出能量稳定性的影响。结果表明,只要预电离结构选择合理,就能有效地抑制弧光放电,从而能够提高双脉冲激光器输出的稳定性。
