溶剂载体型PET纺前原液着色纤维的研究

通过采用溶剂与染料的调配工艺,制备成可用于纺前原液着色用的染料溶液。通过染料溶液注入装置,将一定比例的染料溶液注入到管道内的PET熔体中通过混合元件,经计量泵后生产出色丝。利用单纱强力机考察了不同含量的染料溶液制备的色丝对纤维力学性能的影响。结果表明色丝的断裂强度达1.8 cN/dtex以上,可以满足服用性能。

Study on the solvent carrier type PET before spinning dope colored fiber

By using the solvent and dye blending process,the dye solution which can be used in before spinning dope coloring was prepared. Through the dye solution injection device,a certain percentage dye solution was injected into the PET melt which in the pipeline. By going through the mixing elements,passing the metering pump,the colored fiber can be produced. The effects of different content dye solution on the prepared colored fiber mechanical properties were investigated by single-yarn strength tester. The results show that the breaking strength of the colored yarn is over 1. 8 cN / dtex which can meet the wearability.
