摘    要:针对D36-Z35钢在船舶及海洋工程环境应用的特殊要求,分析了D36-Z35钢的化学成分和力学性能,基于双丝自动埋弧焊工艺对壁厚38 mm的D36-Z35钢板进行了焊接,补焊采用焊条电弧焊工艺,并按照标准要求对以上两种焊接工艺进行了工艺评定试验。通过焊接接头无损探伤和力学性能检测结果表明,应用设计合理的双丝自动埋弧焊接与手工补焊结合的工艺方案,D36-Z35钢可获得优良的焊接接头,在保证焊接质量的前提下,提高了焊接效率。

Abstract:The component and mechanical properties of D36-Z35 steel was analyzed, according to special requirements of ships and marine facilities application environment. The welding process of double wires automatic SAW was conducted on D36-Z35 steel with the wall thickness of 38mm and the shielded metal arc welding process was used for repair welding. The welding procedure qualification tests were carried out for the said two welding process on the basis of standard request. Through NDT and serials mechanical tests, the results showed that application of reasonable design of the double wires automatic SAW and manual repair welding process, D36-Z35 steel can obtain excellent welded joint. On the premise of guarantee welding quality, it can improve the welding efficiency.
