微波遥感及其在中国的发展

摘    要:全天候全天时微波遥感是空间遥感监测技术的前沿之一。文章回顾了自1970年代中国遥感事业起步,到2000年后中国空间遥感技术迅速发展的过程,充分展示了中国空间微波遥感在风云气象卫星与海洋卫星、星载合成孔径雷达技术方面的研究进展,展现从"追跑、跟跑",到"平跑"的历史进程,并展望在未来30年,中国空间微波遥感技术将达到国际"领跑"的目标与任务。

Abstract:All-weather and all-time microwave(MW) remote sensing is one of the frontier areas for the space-borne remote sensing and surveillance technologies. In this paper, a brief overview of Chinese development process of the space-borne MW remote sensing technologies during several decades since the beginning of 1970’s is presented. It mainly includes the research and development of the programs of Feng-Yun meterological and Oceanic satellites, and the synthetic aperture radars. It has shown how Chinese MW remote sensing is in great transition from the "step-following" to reaching an advanced place. It is expected that in future 30 years Chinese space-borne MW remote sensing can achieve more progress in leading the advances of MW remote sensing.
