中巴公路奥-布段水毁灾害及风险性评价研究

摘    要:公路水毁灾害严重影响公路建设和运营维护,并对公路工程造成重大损失。以中巴公路奥-布段公路水毁为研究对象,选取水毁分布密度、河流形态、河床比降、公路类型等10个评价指标,并基于GIS平台,对各评价指标进行量化处理。结合AHP-CF评价模型对公路水毁危险性和易损性等级进行划分,利用风险性评价模型获得公路水毁风险性等级区划图。结果表明:中巴公路奥布段风险以低风险为主,里程为39.25 km,占总里程的55.87%;中风险路段为10.15 km,占总里程的14.45%;高风险路段为12.55 km,占总里程的17.86%;极高风险路段为8.30 km,占总里程的11.81%。研究结果可为中巴公路的建设运维和防灾减灾提供技术支撑。

Abstract:Water disasters of road affect highway construction and operation and maintenance, and causes heavy losses to highway engineering. Taking the water disaster of Ao-Bu section of Sino-Pakistan Highway as the research object, 10 evaluation indexes are selected, including water damage distribution density, river morphology, riverbed gradient, highway type and so on, and based on GIS platform, quantitative data processing is carried out for each evaluation index. Combining with the AHP-CF evaluation model, the risk and vulnerability of highway flood damage are classified, and the risk grade zoning map of the section is obtained by using the risk evaluation model. The results show that the risk level of the selected section is mainly low risk with the mileage of 39.25 km, accounting for 55.87% of the total mileage; the middle risk section is 10.15 km, accounting for 14.45% of the total; the high risk section is 12.55 km, accounting for 17.86% of the total; the extremely high risk section is 8.30 km, accounting for 11.81% of the total mileage. The research results can provide technical support for the construction, maintenance and disaster prevention of Sino-Pakistan Highway.
