本文通过分析原料奶价格、乳制品产量以及消费量走势,研究了欧盟、美国、澳大利亚、新西兰以及中国的奶业市场发展现状。通过与国际奶业发达的国家和地区做对比,找出中国在原料奶供给以及乳制品生产、消费存在的问题,为中国乳业健康发展提出合理建议。

Comparative study on the development of the world's major dairy producing countries and Chinese dairy industry

Through analyzing the trend of raw milk price,dairy production and consumption,this paper studies the development status of the dairy market in the European Union,the United States,Australia,New Zealand and China.By comparing with countries and regions with developed dairy industry in the world,the problems in raw milk supply,dairy production and consumption in China are found out,and reasonable Suggestions are put forward for the healthy development of China's dairy industry.
