中部地区城市化与生态文明建设的协调发展研究

摘    要:为了研究中部地区城市化与生态文明建设之间的定量关系,更好地促进二者之间的良性互动发展,分别建立了两个子系统的评价指标体系,利用熵值法计算指标权重,求得各个子系统的综合得分,再结合协调发展度模型计算2008~2015年各省的协调发展度。研究结果表明:2008~2015年中部地区城市化与生态文明建设的协调发展度是不断增加的,其中湖北省的涨幅最大,为66.24%,山西省的涨幅最低,为30.08%;从两个子系统的相对情况来看,二者之间的同步发展程度还有待提高。研究成果可为中部地区今后城市化与生态文明建设的发展方向提供参考。

Abstract:In order to study the quantitative relationship between urbanization and ecological civilization construction in the central China, and promote the benign interactive development between the two subsystems, the evaluation index system consisting of the two subsystems were established respectively, and the comprehensive scores of each subsystem were calculated by using entropy method. The coordinated development model was used to calculate the coordinated development degree of each province from 2008 to 2015. The results showed that the coordinated development degree of urbanization and ecological civilization construction in the central China increased from 2008 to 2015, in which Hubei Province increased the most, 66.24%; Shanxi Province increased the least, 30.08%. From the relative situation of the two subsystems, the synchronous development degree between the two items needed to be improved. The research results can provide reference for the future development direction of urbanization and ecological civilization construction in the central China.
