摘    要:为评估特殊螺纹接头的密封性能,充分考虑螺纹升角对特殊螺纹接头性能的影响,借助ABAQUS有限元软件建立某特殊螺纹接头的三维有限元模型,仿真分析ISO 13679标准B系载荷包络线加载路径下,该特殊螺纹接头密封面上的Von Mises应力及接触压力分布。结果表明:弯曲载荷对接头应力分布及接触压力分布状态影响较大;特殊螺纹接头密封面上的Von Mises应力及接触压力分布趋势一致,均为在受拉一侧Von Mises应力及接触压力数值较小,受压一侧Von Mises应力及接触压力数值较大;接头受拉一侧密封面上的接触压力随着轴向压缩载荷的增大而减小,特殊螺纹接头可能会发生密封失效。

Simulation of Sealing Ability for Premium Connection Based on ISO 13679 Series B Test
Abstract:In order to evaluate the sealing ability of premium connection,by fully considering the effect of helix angle on the performance of premium connection,the three dimensional finite element model of a certain type premium connection was established by ABAQUS software.When exerting the loads in series B test of ISO 13679 on the premium connection,the distributions of Von Mises stress and contact pressure in various cases were studied. The results show that the bending load has a great influence on the distribution of Von Mises stress and contact pressure of premium connection.The distribution of Von Mises stress and contact pressure on the sealing surface of premium connection is the same,that is,the Von Mises stress and contact pressure on the sealing surface are smaller on the tension side and greater on the compression side.With the increasing of axial compression load,the contact pressure on the tension side is decreased,which may raise the sealing failure of premium connection.
