| 摘 要： | 针对宝钢２０３０ｍｍ冷连轧机高速运行中的出现的振动问题，从现场测试和理论分析方面研究了自激振动的生成机理，影响因素及抑制措施，通过适当控制乳化液的浓度可消除颤振并提高轧制速度。

| Abstract: | In view of the vibration problem of 2030mm continuous cold rolling mill with high rolling speed, the formation mechanism, influence factors and suppression method of self-excited vibration are analyzed hoed on practialtesting and theory analysis. The problem can be resolved by proper control emulsion concentration, and with theresult the rolling speed can be increased. |
