| 摘 要： | 研究型大学在中国的建设与发展过程就是研究型大学的本质特征与制度环境相互适应与促进的过程 ,应当从以下几个方面培育研究型大学建设的制度环境 :1.建立与研究型大学特征相切合的社会评价机制 ;2 .坚持学术自由 ,审慎对待社会干预 ;3.改革单位制度 ,按照学术组织的基本属性重塑大学的内部结构 ;4 .构建研究型大学发展的公共空间和竞争平台。

| Abstract: | The construction process of research universities in China is a process that research university essential characteristics interact within social system environment. It is necessary for the construction of research university to establish the social evaluation mechanism that is in accordance with research university's characteristics;to maintain the academic freedom and to handle the society interference with care;to reform the unit system and reconstruct the university internal structure according to academic organization essential characteristics;to construct the public space and competition platform. |
