南方电网现时自动发电控制模式分析

摘    要:介绍了南方电网频率考核模式的发展、现状及取得的成果。对南方电网中目前采用的自动发电控制(automatic generation control,AGC)模式及评价标准中的若干问题进行了分析,指出了当前南方电网AGC控制模式的弊端和评价标准中存在的不合理之处。结合南方电网实际情况,对AGC控制模式与评价标准提出了一些改进的意见与方法,为研究制定与南方电网未来发展相适应的频率控制模式打下了基础。

Abstract:The frequency assessment mode and its development, status and achievement in China Southern Power Grid CSG are introduced. The currently adopted automatic generation control AGC mode and several problems in evaluation criteria in CSG are analyzed. Some existing drawbacks in the current AGC control mode and adopted evaluation criteria are figured out. Optimum recommendations are suggested to improve the frequency control mode and evaluation criteria based on the actual condition in CSG. The suggestions can help laying the foundation for setting up the standard of frequency control mode in future CSG development.
