摘    要:针对火炮指挥系统供电电源高可靠性要求,设计了一种采用相位调制跟踪法的全数字式电源并联系统。该系统将各并联模块的输出功率值通过相位调制转换为控制通讯线上周期脉冲信号的相位值,然后通过锁相同步的方法使所有模块都跟踪调制脉冲相位最超前,即输出功率最大模块,从而实现功率均分。采用数字脉冲锁相技术提高了均流控制精度,通过数字信号压缩,只需一根通讯线即可完成并联控制,提高了安全性和抗干扰能力。试验结果表明,并联电源系统工作稳定。该方法还能自动切换并联系统内故障的电源模块,实现了民主主从式不间断控制.有效提高了火炮指挥系统的供电可靠性。

Abstract:A parallel operation control method based on a modulated phase tracKing method was de?signed for high reliability requirement of uninterrupted power supply used in gun command system. The method makes the output power value of every parallel module transform into the phase value of periodic pulse signal on the control communication line with phase modulation, then makes all modules track the lead module in modulation pulse phase, 1.e. the maximum output power module, to realize power-sharing. The current-sharing control precision was improved by the digital pulse phase-locking, the safety and the antijamming ability were improved by the digital signal compression, in which a cur-rent-sharing control was implemented through only one communication line. The experimental results show that the system has high current-sharing precision and good stability. It can switch the fault module automatically, realize the democratic master-slave logic with high control redundancy, and im?prove power supply reliability efficiently.
