基于CAN总线的太阳能控制器设计

摘    要:应用CAN现场总线技术实现了太阳能控制器的模块化设计。介绍了太阳能控制器的硬件设计方案和软件总体框架,给出了CAN节点初始化以及接收和发送的程序流程,通过对多个功率模块的冗余组合,构成不同容量的太阳能发电系统。系统采用主控制器和功率模块两级方式,通过CAN总线实现通讯和控制。实验结果表明,所采用方案正确可行,增进了系统的灵活性,有利于系统的拆装和维护,且在太阳能方阵的控制数量设计方面,比传统的太阳能控制器有所提高。

Abstract:A design of solar controller that apply CAN bus technology was introduced.The structure of hardware and the framework of software was introduced.The program flow chart of initialization,receipt and transmission of CAN node was described.The solar electric generation system was made up with varieties of power modules.The power modules are controlled and communicated by CAN bus.The experiment results show that the modular scheme of solar controller was right and available.It improved the flexibility and maintenance of the solar power system.Moreover,the number of solar square matrix was advanced comparing with the conventional solar controllers.
