平衡块矢量合重技术在机组振动处理中的应用

摘    要:富拉尔基发电总厂1号机组由于多年来经历多次现场动平衡试验,使动平衡槽内存在大量的动平衡试验块。因此,提出利用检修机会对原有动平衡试验块进行现场合重,拆除大量的动平衡试验块,以利于今后机组的动平衡试验工作。机组更换了部分断裂叶片后,在启动过程中进行现场动平衡试验,以确保机组轴系振动达到优良水平。

Abstract:The on-site dynamic balance experiments of unit No.1 in Fularji General Power Plant in the past years have left a great number of counterbalances in groove.Therefore,this paper proposes combined vector weight the existing counterbalances on site and removing most of the counterbalances in order to guarantee on-site dynamic balance experiment in the future.At the meantime,it introduces the on-site dynamic balance experiment conducted after replacing partial broken blades during staring.
