| 摘 要： | 分配问题,一直是国企改革当中一项十分重要的核心问题.纵观我国分配制度改革的历史过程,我们可以得出几点基本经验,即应正确处理好几个方面的关系:国企经营者收入与职工收入的关系,按劳分配与按生产要素分配的关系,公平与效率的关系等.当前应积极建立健全企业工资水平宏观指导监控体系.

| Abstract: | The issue of distribution is always an important question in the couse of reform of stateowned enterprise . Suming up the experience of the reform in our country, we can get some conclusion . Deal with the relationships about efficiency and equity,distributions according to work or to factors of production, etc. |
